QEC-IBA Karachi Conducted the Self-Graduate and Postgraduate Program Review (PGPR) 2025-26

On April 24, 2026: The Quality Enhancement Cell, IBA Karachi, conducted the Self‑Graduate and Postgraduate Program Review (PGPR) for the academic cycle 2025–26. The review was carried out by an external panel comprising Dr. Sher Muhammad Daudpota, Professor and Dean, Faculty of Science and Information Technology at IBA Sukkur University and Dr. Sara Wali Qazi, Associate Professor and Associate Dean Graduate Programs at IOBM, to assess and evaluate all the MS & PhD programs.

As part of the review process, the panel held detailed meetings with program directors to discuss curriculum design, learning outcomes, student supervision, and research activities. In addition, interactive sessions were conducted with faculty members and students to obtain feedback on teaching methodologies, academic resources, student support mechanisms, and overall program effectiveness.

The review activity concluded with a meeting between the panel members, the Departmental Chairpersons, the Deans of the Schools (SBS, SMCS, and SESS), and the QEC team. During this session, the panel shared their preliminary findings, highlighted key strengths, identified areas for improvement, and engaged in constructive discussions to further strengthen the graduate and postgraduate programs at IBA Karachi.
