Committee Composition

• Director, QEC, Chair
• At least one faculty members from each school.
• Manager, QEC Internal Quality Assurance (IQA)

Responsibilities

• Serve as an advisory body for policies and practices aimed at enhancing the quality of academic services at IB
• Review and evaluate SoPs developed for new quality assurance and enhancement initiatives.
• Provide constructive feedback and recommend modifications to address identified gaps or deficiencies in the current QA systems.
• Leverage teaching and learning experiences to propose best practices that enhance overall quality standards.
• Review the effectiveness of implemented quality initiatives and recommend further refinements.
• Support and promote continuous improvement efforts in academic functions to ensure sustained quality enhancement.

Meeting Frequency

The committee meeting will be held at lease once per semester.
