Institutional Performance Review 2025-26

On 29th and 30th June 2026: Facilitated by the Office of Academic Quality & Excellence, IBA Karachi successfully conducted its Institutional Performance Review as part of its ongoing commitment to academic excellence, institutional effectiveness, and continuous quality enhancement.

The review was conducted by distinguished external experts: Dr. John Byrom, Associate Dean (MBA) and Professor of Marketing, University of Liverpool Management School, UK, and Dr. Tayyaba Tamim, Dean & Chair, Syeda Perwin Babar Ali, Syed Ahsan Ali & Syed Maratib Ali School of Education, Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS).

As part of the process, the reviewers engaged with IBA's senior management, the Registrar, Deans, Chairpersons, Program Directors, faculty members, students, and other key stakeholders to gain a holistic understanding of the institution's governance, academic quality, teaching and learning, research, student support, and overall institutional performance.

This important quality assurance and enhancement exercise provides an independent perspective on the institution's strengths, identifies opportunities for further enhancement, and offers strategic recommendations to support IBA's continued journey towards excellence and alignment with international quality standards.
