Strengthening Industry-Academia Linkages

April 30, 2024: The QEC-IBA organized a capacity-building session on Strengthening Industry-Academia Linkages.

Mr. Atif Murtaza, Head of CDC, and Lecturer at IBA, led the session, emphasizing the significance of collaboration between industry and academia. He engaged the audience in discussions on topics such as the crucial role of senior management in nurturing these connections, creating official partnerships, principles of value creation within such collaborations, and best practices for stakeholder engagement.

The session attracted senior leadership from various departments of universities and industries, including IoBM, DUHS, SZABIST Karachi, SZABIST Gharo, MAJU, DHA Suffa University, NUML, Indus University, Habib University, Newports Institute of Communication & Economics, and Unilever.

Participants expressed appreciation for the insights provided and eagerly anticipate future participation in the sessions facilitated by QEC, IBA.
