National Seminar on “Quality Benchmarking for Teaching & Learning in Higher Education” by DHA Suffa University

February 8th, 2023: IBA QEC team members; Mr. Sheikh Masood Ali, Manager QEC and Ms. Hafiza Aliya Binte Adil, Executive QEC attended a national seminar on “Quality Benchmarking for Teaching & Learning in Higher Education” organized by QEC team of DHA Suffa University. The purpose of the seminar was to highlight various strategies for measuring the quality of teaching and learning in higher education institutions.

Mr. Imranullah Khan Marwat, Director Quality Assurance, Higher Education Department, KPK HEC discussed the best practices of academic administration in teaching and learning for continuous improvement in higher education. The keynote talk was delivered by Dr. Muhammad Abdul Wahid Usmani Director QEC, Jinnah Sindh Medical University where he discussed the core domains of best practices various benchmarking tools that can be used by higher education institutions to measure the quality.

Representative QECs of public and private sector institutions across Pakistan actively participated and welcomed to ask questions and share feedback regarding best practices of quality assurance at their respective institutions in this seminar.
