Professional Development Workshop on Curriculum Management for Quality and Accreditation at IOBM

On 17 January 2026: The Director QEC-IBA Karachi, Dr. Sana Tauseef conducted a professional development workshop titled “Curriculum Management for Quality and Accreditation” at the Institute of Business Management (IOBM). The workshop was attended by Program Heads and Department Heads of the College of Business Management (CBM).

The session featured interactive discussions on effective curriculum management practices, with a strong emphasis on aligning curriculum with institutional mission, strategic planning, and quality assurance frameworks. Dr. Tauseef guided participants through key aspects of academic governance, highlighting processes essential for maintaining curriculum rigor and meeting accreditation requirements, essential components of a quality curriculum, including societal impact, technology integration, experimental learning, assessment alignment, and continuous improvement mechanisms, along with the resources required for effective curriculum delivery. Through an engaging and participatory approach, Dr. Tauseef facilitated meaningful dialogue and knowledge sharing among the academic leaders.
