Discussion on the Implementation of New HEC Undergraduate Policy

19th April 2024: On January 16, 2024, Dr. Sana Tauseef, the Director, Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC), convened a meeting aimed at disseminating the revised guidelines issued by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) regarding the revision of undergraduate programs. The attendees included Deans of all schools, Departmental Chairpersons, and the Directors of Undergraduate Programs. Dr. Sana Tauseef provided the members with extensive information elucidating the specific requirements outlined by the HEC.

Subsequently, on April 19, 2024, a follow-up meeting was convened to discuss the implementation of the revised programs, as approved by the Academic Board. For this meeting, pertinent Chairpersons, Directors, Undergraduate Programs, and the Head of the Program Office were invited. During this meeting, measures and strategies were discussed which can lead to the seamless implementation of the revised undergraduate programs.
