Clerk's of the Parliament Program

Dr. Shahid Mir, Director QEC attended & delivered a speech at the Inauguration ceremony of the Clerks of Parliament Program at Pakistan Institute of Parliamentary Services (PIPS) held in Islamabad on 3rd of October, 2016. Chairman Senate Honorable Mian Raza Rabbani also addressed at the inaugural ceremony.
